pfsense L2TP IPSEC VPN with Windows 7 / 8 / 10

Let me save you some time - it doesn't work on Windows.

L2TP vpn works with linux, Mac OS X, and iOS devices.

The internet is wrong. Nobody has working config that works with Windows.
